liquid vit D good but caution

Just wanted to say to people: DO NOT TAKE TOO MUCH VIT D!!! safest reccomended daily intake 'long term' is 4,000 units!! if you take too much vitD for long periods you could put yourselves at risk of hypercalcemia (too much calcium) leading to kidney stones and other problems, please 'be careful'!! please inform yourselves and seek guidance from your doctors too. Sorry, I do not want to 'offend' anyone just want to let people know that it is not 'just' another vitamin you can freely drink at leisure, it will affect you negatively if misused over long periods and many don't know. take care.

Love it!!!!. Since it is winter so long here, and very little chance to get the sunshine D3, I usually take 2 drops twice a day of the 4000u in winter. In the summer I use 1 drop 2x/day. I had a cold coming on, you know the feeling., so I took 3 drops in the morning and 3 drops in the evening. Sniffles lasted only 1 day and I had no congestion since.

I was so glad when I saw this product on the market. I've been reading everywhere that Vitamin D is good for your immune system and I really need to build up my immune system because of all the stress I've been going through.
