Great product. Have only been taking this for about 2 weeks now, and have felt so much better having been able to sleep at night without having those horrid hot flushes that I would wake-up to. Can't quite put my finger on it, but I definitely feel both mentally and physically better ~ alot calmer and more myself. I can only hope that I my health will continue to improve and thus, plan to continue taking this product. What's so wonderful is, IT'S A NATURAL REMEDY!!!!!!!!

This product has taken away my hot flashes. As long as you keep on it, it will work. Takes about 2 to 3 weeks to really start working. Have recomenneded to all my friends starting or going through menopause.

I tried this product because I get hormonal migraines. This product has reduced my migraines, helped my insomnia at noc.. I havent' woken up in the middle of the night since I started taking this product. I take 2 capsules in the morning.
