I'm finally able to take a fish oil supplement without burping up that awful taste in my mouth. I've tried several other brands but this is the one that works for me. I read all about New Chapter on their website and love their philosophy of creating a whole food versus a sythetic creation that leaves ingredients out. This product is wonderful.
