Love it. I been taking hemp to lower my blood pressure, lower my lipids and most of the extra energy that I get when I work long hours at work.
Its amazing how hemp has change my life. And if I don\'t take it in seeds form, I can put in blender with cup of cold water, make hemp milk. Then add fruit and yogurt for shakes.

Yum Yum at such a great price. It's great if you are a vegan and need the omegas. I sprinkle this on top of most everything I eat... soups, salads, cereal, oatmeal (you want to sprinkle it on top after you've finished cooking it)... yum yum.
