I hurt my knee and decided to try the shark cartilage. The knee is getting stronger every day. I have nearly got rid of that limp! Seagate has GREAT products.

I am 69 y.o.a. and the cartilege in my knees is wearing away....I am told by the Dr.
Having started to use 'Seagete Shark Cartilege' the pain has just about gone. A little discomfort at times......but much better. I have been using it for the last 12 months

yeah i think shark cartliage has helped my problem with my shoulder i've now cut down to 6 a day but i don't know how long to stick to that dosage??
