I started i-FLORA last fall, and have had seven months with none of the usual problems of colds, flu, and chronic sinus issues. I began with 3 tablets spaced throughout the day, and for the last several months I am taking 2 per day. Nothing I've taken has shown such success! Thank you!

Hey, it works if you take it. It surprised me. I have constant allergies, but had decided nothing was going to help. Since I have been so pleased with Multi-Probiotic formula I thought I would give it a try. I even bought some for other family members.

I have been using this product for over a year now. I have terrible nose/head allergies and used to uses nosespray constantly. Although I take Zertect-D twice a day, I have added the iFlora Nasal Health capsules and take 2 in the a.m. and 2 in the p.m. It really has helped my breathing ability and I only use nosespray occasionally now if I am extra stuffy. I have given the product to my niece also and she reports she, too, is seeing improvement and I don't think she takes Zertec at all. My son also experiences allergy problems and I just added several bottles to my order so I can give some to him to try. I am 66 years old and have had skin allergies since I was born and the nasal allergies developed when I got older, but I am glad to find a natural product that really helps the nasal allergies without having to add more medications to my body. I am thrilled that I found it at my age!

I am not wild about this particular iFlora. It has something for sinuses in it. I ordered by mistake. The bottle and box look exactly the same, and so I couldn't tell. It makes me feel like I have taken a drug for my sinuses. It does seem to break up the mucus like it says, but it makes me feel slightly weird. I just like a plain probiotic...personally speaking.
