I've been taking Iflora for about a year now and it has done wonders for my digestion. I was diagnosed with IBS and I now have no problems. Diet change also helped. My only complaint is that the capsules dry out too fast and I am concerned about the quality at this point. I would rate it a 5 if it did not dry out.
