Our black chia seed pairs perfectly with oatmeal, granola, salads, cold pastas or blended right into your favorite smoothie. Rich in omega-3 fatty acids, a sprinkle of chia seed is also an easy (and delicious), way to increase your daily fiber intake. Refrigerate after opening.
Tablespoon daily may be mixed into 4 – 8 ounces of liquid and consumed immediately. May also be added to yogurt, cereal, smoothies, snacks and baked goods, does not require grinding.
