Another study, done at the University of Kiel in Germany and published in the Journal of Clinical Biochemistry and Nutrition, focused on the possibility that CoQ10 could be used as an anti-inflammatory. Scientists found that pre-incubation of cells with ubiquinol resulted in a decrease in inflammation.
